Uh-mazing Upcycles

Sorry for the title, I was in the mood for alliteration. Here are some super creative to decorate with ordinary objects you can find just kicking around your house.
Dixie Cup Light Strand

An old rake upcycled into a necklace holder. how creative.
I only wonder why she seems to have so many strands of the same pearls.

Shoe Box upcycle into wall canvas.
I have been searching for a cheap way to do this.

Yarn Wreaths

These became a last trend last Christmas and people have been making them for all the seasons since then.

I work at Joann Fabrics and every time a holiday rolls around, styrofoam wreath forms go flying off the shelves. My manager said that she didn't really understand the trend and I had never heard of it, so I went home and googled it.

When I saw all the cute yarn wreaths, I couldn't understand how it could NOT be a trend. These are so cute and probably cheaper than buying a real wreath.

Ok, so this one is not actually yarn, but it would look sooo cute in my someday nautical themed bathroom.

If I ever have loads of money and the opportunity to through down a big huge shindig and invite lots of important people I would whip out a dessert table that looked something like these:

She does this for a living. If you view her portfolio, you will find that everything she touches pretty much turns to gold.
